A journey beyond the physical...
These shortened weekly classes are held every Wednesday at 6:00 PM. They are always donation based (never required but always appreciated), and range from meditation, to learning self care tips, to mindful movements and much more!
Held in the downstairs suite of our wellness facility, they will last around 30 minutes and the classes vary from week to week.

If you often feel lost or confused in group yoga class, unsure if you are doing anything correctly, one on one yoga could be great for you! In a one on one Ashtanga yoga session, you will learn the basics of a yoga practice and the modifications that are appropriate for your body. With continual weekly support, you can also learn how to integrate a home practice into your daily routine. We offer a monthly option that allows for meeting once a week with unlimited support throughout the week.
November Yoga Classes
Every Tuesday in November Eliza will lead a restorative yet engaging yoga practice from 5:30-6:30 pm.
Cost is $60 for the 5 class series, or $18 for single class/drop in.
