Finding Marbles is a concept that emphasizes picking up the pieces to our whole or "holistic" health. This includes mind, body and soul. Whether you need a day at the spa to reset your frequencies, or concentration work on scar tissue and post surgical incisions, my studio has everything you need to find your marbles and live in your highest good vibration.
My Story
I connect intuitively to the muscular system and energy field to facilitate your healing. My specialty is promoting intense and quick healing strategies by inducing flow to the fascia with Deep Tissue Therapeutics. I use Sports Medicine style muscle manipulation, Table and Floor Thai stretching, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy and Swedish Strokes in every session. However, I also intimately understand the endocrine system and the value of hormone reset often experienced during a relaxation experience. Light Work and Reflexology are passions I expand on in my softer or medium touch sessions. On top of my college experience in Biology and Psychology as well as a degree in Sports Medicine and Massage, I am currently advancing my skills in Acupressure and Traditional Chinese Medicine to bring the absolute BEST to the table for you every session!
