I am the founder of Tulip Tree Healing Arts Collective, which operates at the intersection of creativity and wellness, and continues to provide services, goods, and events that inspire, enliven, and awaken.

In a private 1-on-1 session, I will cater it to fit your needs. Whether we do hands on body work, find the movement and expression your body needs for release, or simply talk about what's going on to better understand and guide, the session will become what you need it to be.
My specialty is helping you become aware of your body, releasing stuck stress, tension, and trauma, and finding a place of expanded free expression. I do this with manual therapy leaning into the somatic lens, coaching you to a place where you can thrive and approach the inevitable changes of life with ease.
My Story
My path began as a self-healing journey. I went through the majority of my life with internalized and fear and pain. I also had this deep desire for expanded freedom of expression and to reach my full potential in body, speech, and mind. After getting a BFA (Bachelor's in Fine Art), my heart led me to the study of Traditional Thai Massage and Somatic Bodywork. From there my whole life changed, and I knew I wanted to be a facilitator for others to feel as good and complete as I did receiving this work.

I have studied and practiced with world-class Teachers and mentors in the fields of massage, TTM (Traditional Thai Medicine), somatic coaching, expressive arts, and movement arts. We honor the lineage of those who came before us and dedicated their life to this practice. From this work, I became embodied, felt the freedom to become a hula hooper, fine-art painter, and public speaker, and wake up every day with the tools to continue this self-healing journey.

I can give you the tools you need and help you feel much better in an hour or two, but it is up to you to take the change with you and allow it to transform your life.

I am an LMT (Licensed Massage Therapist) who started studying traditional Thai bodywork in 2016 and a lifelong artist. I have worked in a spa and clinical settings. I am certified in Somatic Stress Release Technique, Expressive Arts, Usui and Holy Fire Reiki, as an Empowerment Coach, a Red Tent Priestess, and a Hoop Love Coach. I hope to see you on my mat soon!
