My passions and journey so far:
My goal is harmonization and optimization of an individual's cell frequency and physical energy to support highest well-being with science based tools and personalized services.
A Purdue University Computer Science degree earned me practical experiences with cutting edge technologies for over 20 years and continuing independent consulting.
Earning my 2nd Degree Black Belt, alongside my family, reignited my focus for physical movement and self care.
Also, being a caregiver for several family members and friends during their acute and long term health challenges initiated my search for living a more holistic life.
The Healy and iTeraCare frequency devices, Reiki Energy and Taekwondo mind and body balance are extensions of my passion to combine & share technology & holistic tools for self care. I have personal and client testimonials of the benefits for our soul, body and mind coherence & resilience.
I was privileged and honored to be certified as a 2nd Degree Reiki practitioner from a trusted friend and Reiki master practitioner of over 16 years. The experience of learning Reiki was exhilarating and exhausting, although I am still riding high from my intense training. Reiki Energy has elevated my sessions to a blissful relaxation to Empower body's natural defense mechanisms.
