Health and wellness starts with our beliefs, identity, and mindset- it starts within- and when we get our whole self in alignment that’s when we feel wellness in our mind, body, and soul.

My goal is to help people improve their physical and mental health, which includes reducing stress and anxiety, through balanced nutrition, exercise, healthy habits, and personal development.
My Story
I have been interested in health and wellness since I was really young- I’d even try to personal train my friends and come up with workouts for my basketball team. I was also really intrigued by how nutrition can affect our health over the long term as several of my family member struggle with chronic illnesses such as diabetes and heart disease. The path of my learning led me to receive my Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences specializing in Healthy Lifestyles Coaching from Arizona State University in 2014. In 2015 I became a certified personal trainer through NASM. I wanted to deepen my knowledge and understanding in that area so I went back to school and received my Associate’s in Exercise Science in 2018. As I worked with more and more clients I found that an area they really struggled with was nutrition so I got my nutrition coaching certification through Precision Nutrition. Not long after that I continued on and got my Master Health Coaching certification through Precision Nutrition as well. In the 8+ years of working with clients I’ve found that it’s not just about exercise and nutrition- it's a whole self thing- and our self-talk and mindset have a big impact on our overall well-being.
